Visitors

Hey guys!

Have y'all been wondering where I am? We had some out of town visitors this past weekend, which meant a week of hardcore cleaning and then a weekend of showing friends around our lovely city. We had a great time (even though I've now seen the Liberty Bell three times in the same year). I took some quick shots of our little stay-cation. Be back Wednesday for a regular outfit post. <3

Independence Hall.

It's hard to see, but that little building in between the skyscrapers is City Hall.
Sign says South Jersey Port - Some people don't realize HOW close to NJ we are.

Crab and Cheddar Mac N' Cheese - So good.
Chestnut Hill East train tracks.
Breakfast at the Trolley Car Diner.
Starbucks never spells my name right.
I hope you enjoyed my little tour of Philadelphia. We started at Market East station and walked down to Independence Hall, stopped for lunch in Old City and walked over to Penn's Landing to look at the water. It was a beautiful weekend, which made the stressful week prior to it worth it. I'm so happy we got to see our guests and that we were able to show them our city, the city that I love so much.

Until next time!

  3. Great shots of your city. I like Philadelphia. My favorite place to visit is the National Constitution Center (which you show) because its exhibits are so educational and entertaining.

  5. You sure that coffee wasn't meant for me? ;P

Those food pictures look so. good. Yum!

It is fun to show people around your own town though, makes you discover new things along with them, but also make sure they don't miss out on the good stuff.

  6. For a second, I thought you'd visited my town! We have a gate at the entrance to our Chinatown that looks just like that!
